What information do I need to log in?

Logging into 39oz only requires two things: your email address or mobile number, and your password. Use whichever email or mobile you signed up with. If you've forgotten your password, click the Forgot Password link and a reset link will be sent to your email.

Keep in mind that your email and password are case-sensitive — uppercase and lowercase letters are treated differently. Enter them exactly as you did when you registered.

What should I do if I forget my password?

Click the "Forgot your password?" link below the login form. Enter your email address — you'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Click that link to set a new password. Make sure your new password is strong — use a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

If you don't receive the email, check your Spam folder. If it hasn't arrived within 10 minutes, send the reset request again. If the issue persists, contact the support team via live chat.

How does Two-Factor Authentication work?

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is an extra layer of security. With 2FA enabled, you'll need to enter a 6-digit code along with your password each time you log in. This code is generated by an Authenticator app on your mobile (Google Authenticator or Authy).

To enable 2FA, go to Account Settings after logging in and turn on 2FA under the Security section. Once set up, you'll be asked for a code every time you log in. This keeps your account much more secure — even if someone knows your password, they won't be able to log in without the 2FA code.

What should you do if you have trouble logging in?

Common causes of login issues and how to fix them:

• Incorrect Password: Check if Caps Lock is on. Re-enter your password or use Forgot Password to reset it.
• Email/number not registered: Make sure you're using the email or mobile number you registered with. An incorrect email won't work.
• Account locked: Multiple incorrect password attempts may temporarily lock your account for security reasons. Wait 15 minutes or contact support.
• Browser Cache Issue: Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again.
• Internet Connection: Make sure you have a stable internet connection.

If you still can't log in after trying all of this, reach out via live chat or email us at [email protected]. Our support team is available 24/7.

Is it safe to log in from a mobile device?

Yes, logging in to 39oz from a mobile browser is completely safe. All data is protected with SSL encryption. You'll have access to all the same features as on desktop. For a better experience, add a 39oz shortcut to your home screen via your mobile browser — it works just like an app.

For added security on mobile, you can use fingerprint or Face ID to log in if your device supports it.

Can I use the same account on multiple devices?

Yes, you can use the same 39oz account across multiple devices — mobile, tablet, and laptop. However, for security reasons, avoid being logged in on multiple devices at the same time. If you notice a login from a device that isn't yours, change your password immediately and log out of that device.

Is it safe to use the Remember Me option?

Checking "Remember Me" saves your login details for next time. Only use this on your personal device — never on a public computer, café, or a friend's device.

Using Remember Me on a trusted device makes logging in faster next time. However, if your device is lost or stolen, log in from another device immediately and change your password.

What should you do first after logging in?

After logging in, head to your Account Dashboard first — it shows your balance, bonuses, recent bets, and notifications. Check the Promotions section for any active bonus or free spin offers.

To make a deposit, go to the Cashier page and select bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. To start playing, choose slots, Live Casino, or Sports Betting from the Games menu.
